Document Description
Project consists of constructing a new turnout (service connection) facility connecting the existing 36-inch East Branch/Noble Creek pipeline to the proposed new pipeline. A pipe outlet, not to exceed 24-inch diameter, would be extended from the service connection facility to the 24-inch pipeline along Orchard Street. The service connection site would consist of a precast concrete control building and various below and above-grade pipelines and ancillary infrastructure. Site access would be provided by a driveway from Orchard Street.
