Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction and operation of a recharge facility, pipeline, and service connection facility. The recharge facility consists of a series of five tiered basins, each separated by berms. The facility would have raised embankments along its perimeter so that a portion of the basins will be above the current ground elevation and a portion of the basins will be below the current ground elevation.
