Document Description
The project proposes a Zone Change from P.C.D. (Planned Commercial Development) Zone to CC (Commercial Center) Zone on 1.47 acres. The CC Zone is intended for those areas in the city that are planned for large-scale mixed use development centers consisting of mixed-use commercial and high density residential. The existing General Plan Land Use designation is MUC (Mixed Use Commercial). The proposal consists of construction of approximately 50 multiple family residential units, and approximately 60,000 sf of office and commercial retail use, including renovation and reuse of an existing commercial building.
