The District proposes to construct a new educational facility designed to accommodate kindergarten through twelfth grade students. Phase I of the school would consist of centrally located classroom villages, a kindergarten with a play area, first through fifth-grade classrooms, sixth through eighth grade classrooms, two flex labs, an advanced lab, a library and a multi-purpose room. The southwest part of the school would contain an administration building. Parking would be provided at the southwest corner of the school site. Hard courts and the athletic field area for Phase I would be located primarily on the southeastern quarter of the school. Phase II of the school would consist of two high school classroom buildings and a gymnasium on the north central part of the property, with the high school athletic field and outdoor basketball courts on the north side of the school. The athletic fields would not be equipped with field lighting. Construction activities for Phase I would start in March 2013, and terminate in April 2014. The school would open for instruction in September 2014.
