Document Description
A Program EIR was prepared for the Madera County Transportation Commission (MCTC) for the proposed MCTC 2014 Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP and SCS). The PEIR discusses impacts associated with the proposed transportation and land use recommendations contained in the 2014 RTP and SCS, which were identified to reduce auto trips and vehicle miles traveled consistent with anticipated population growth to the year 2040.
