CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0169-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants, 64KT 8me LLC.
The project includes construction of up to seven at-grade road crossings and concurrent installation of underground electrical lines at up to seven crossing locations through Jawbone Canyon Wash and one unnamed ephemeral stream. The Project also includes installation of perimeter fencing, exclusion fencing, inverters, transmission poles, and solar panel support piles.
