CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600.2016.0122.R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, 64KT 8me LLC.
The project includes removal of sediment, trash, and debris and removal and mowing of vegetation along and within Jawbone Canyon Wash and 1 unnamed ephemeral wash, associated flood plains, and at 7 distinct existing at-grade road crossings and 2 district fencing locations. Amendment No. 1 corrects the ITP references and updates the references to a more recently issued ITP.
