CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600.2015.0169.R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, 64KT 8me LLC. The project includes the construction of seven at-grade, low-water road crossings and installations of underground cable at up to seven locations with Jawbone Canyon Wash and 1 unnamed ephemeral wash. Additionally, the Project will include the installation of up to three inverters and 3256 photovoltaic panel support piles within the floodplain of Jawbone Canyon Wash and 1 unnamed ephemeral stream. Amendment No. 1 updates the incidental take permit (ITP) number references to the most recently issued ITP for the project.
