Document Description
The City has received approval for Proposition 84 grant funding from the State of CA for the development of the proposed project: a public three-acre park. Proposition 84 provides funding for acquisitions and development of public parks. The proposed project includes rehabilitation of the existing residential structure, the demolition and removal of the shed and barn, and some physical improvements to accommodate a park with active and passive recreation activities. The park could include a tennis court, basketball court, play area and equipment, fountain, trail, and parking lot with four spaces. Improvements would also include retention and rehabilitation of the existing home for use as a restroom facility, electrical improvements for lighting along the trail, and water infrastructure improvements for irrigation.
