Document Description
The 6th Street/Maple Avenue/CA Avenue Sewer Line Project consists of extending an 8" sewer line: a) from an existing manhole located behind Applebee's restaurant along the northern I-10 freeway right-of-way and installing a new line 1,480 if in a westerly direction to Xenia Avenue, then north 703 if (one block) to 6th Street, then west 1,450 if (approximately two blocks between American Avenue and Allegheny Avenue); and, b) from an existing manhole located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and 1st Street and install an 8" line 500 if north on Maple Avenue (between 1st Street and 3rd Street); and, c) from a manhole located at the corner of CA Avenue and 1st Street and install an 8" line 550 If south on CA Avenue. All proposed sewer line locations are within the City of Beaumont in the general vicinity of the I-10 Hwy and involve extending a new sewer line facility within or alongside an existing paved road segment (with the exception of a 1,480 If portion of line that runs along the north side of the I-10 ROW on undeveloped parcels of land in the City. ity.
