Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0162-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Orange County Public Works. Project is limited to stream impacts associated with the San Diego Creek (Facility F05) d/s Irvine Center Drive project. The project was previously permitted as a part of Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2009-0050-R5. Sediment and vegetation will be removed from a 600-foot long by 40 foot wide section of channel with existing concrete banks and articulating concrete mat channel invert. Sediment and vegetation will also be removed from two existing 10-foot wide concrete grade stabilizing structures. Trimming of overhanging vegetation will also occur where vegetation impedes access on the existing access roads on both sides of the 600-foot long by 40-foot wide channel as well as the two 10-foot wide concrete grade stabilizing structures. Impacts are limited to 0.92 acres.
