CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2013-0028-R5) to the project applicant, Orange County Public Works. The project proposes to impact 0.015-acre of streambed that has been previously permanently impact due to previous bridge construction/repairs. The project consists of a one-time repair of bridge and abutment protection.
