Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-ORA-25795-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to the project Applicant, Orange County Department of Public Works as represented by Giles Matthews. The amended portion of the project is limited to the replacement of 0.23 acres of earthen banks with ungrouted riprap in Lane Channel between Main Street and State Route 55. Mitigation for project impacts will occur off-site through 0.50 acres of enhancement mitigation credits from Soquel Canyon Mitigation Bank.
