The project consists of improvements and upgrades to existing wastewater treatment facilities at the J.B. Latham Treatment Plant. Several features of the Treatment Plant are obsolete and/or have reached the limits of their lifetime and now warrant replacement or upgrades. All proposed improvements are within the footprint of existing facilities in (or immediately adjacent to) the J.B. Latham Treatment Plant. Improvements will not result in an increase in treatment capacity.
