The California Department of Public Health (Department), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The City of La Habra proposed project includes modification of an existing test well into an 850 gpm production well, construction of a booster pump station and surge tank. 250,000 gallon reservoir, approximately 6,000 feet of 2-inch transmission line and approximately 600 feet of discharge line.
