Document Description
The Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Coast Region (Central Coast Water Board), adopted Resolution No. R3-2009-0009 on March 20, 2009, amending the Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Coastal Basin. Resolution No. R3-2009-0009 established the Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) and Implementation Plan for fecal coliform in Corralitos and Salsipuedes Creeks. The State Water Resources Control Board adopted this regulation on April 19, 2011, through resolution No. 2011-0019. The TMDLs address impairment of Corralitos and Salsipuedes Creeks due to fecal coliform.
