Document Description
Resolution No. R3-2009-0024, adopted on May 8, 2009 by the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Coast Water Board), modified the regulatory provisions of the Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Coastal Basin (Basin Plan) by establishing Total Maximum Daily Loads for Pathogens in the Soquel Lagoon, Soquel Creek, and Noble Gulch and removing the shellfish beneficial use from the Soquel Lagoon. The State Water Resources Control Board adopted this regulation on July 6, 2010 through resolution No. 2010-0031.
