Document Description
Resolution No. R3-2009-0023, adopted on May 8, 2009 by the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Coast Water Board), modified the regulatory provision of the Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Coastal Baisn (Basin Plan) by establishing Total Maximum Daily Loads for pathogens in the San Lorenzo River Estuary, San Lorenzo River, Branciforte Creek, Camp Evers Creek, Carbonera Creek and Lompico Creek, adopting a prohibition on waste discharge in the San Lorenzo Subbasin and Aptos-Soquel Subbasin, and rmeoving the shellfish beneficial use from San Lorenzo River Estuary. State Board adopted this regulation on March 1, 2011 through resolution No. 2011-0010.
