Document Description
Pursuant to Chapter 6.8 of the Health and Safety Code, the project is for the Department of Toxic Substances Control's (DTSC's) approval of the Record of Decision for the Site 14 selected remedy, which is to continue implementing the Postclosure Maintenance Plan for Site 14 Landfill Final cover (PMP) for the Port Hueneme Site 14 closed landfill. The PMP was prepared to comply with the State of California solid waste landfill closure regulations contained in Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations.
