Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (Department) as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The M & L Cold Storage has already constructed and is currently using a treatment facility for the removal of DBCP and nitrate from the domestic drinking water supply. All waste generated by the treatment process is being conveyed to discharge in waste storage tanks for removal and disposal by CVC Environmental.
