Document Description
Using only State funds, the Department of Transportation will perform maintenance on 17 bridges on four State Highways within Shasta and Siskiyou Counties. The work will vary at each bridge and may consists of: Removing and replacing the existing pavement; placing an overlay on existing decks; repairing decks at joints; and installing joint seals. A table shows the project's specific bridge locations and the proposed work at each location. Wear and tear from traffic and the elements has damaged the bridges. This project will repair the damage and extend the bridge's useful life.
