Document Description
The purpose of the project is to reduce the frequency of run-off-road collisions which has been high in the pase five year period. The work invovles the placement of HFST on the cleaned roadway surface. The HFST will increase ground traction for the traveling vehicles, enhancing the safety of those who tuilize these ramps.
