Document Description
Make repairs to Residence #7, the Vernon House and adjacent shed in Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park to preserve the interity of this historic structure. Work will: * Remove old heating registers and returns; * Install new duct work, registers and returns; * Replace existing central heat and window AC units with a new central Heat/AC system which; * Abate lead paint; * Repair and replace dry rot wood on exterior of the house and shed as needed, including siding, window casings, corner and fascia boards and other wood trim.
