Document Description
TWMWD proposes to install two small, in-conduit hydroelectric generation units into an existing hydroelectric facility located within the bounds of a water treatment plant. The two new units will generate electrical power by utilizing flows that are bypassed from the existing 535 kW hydroelectric unit during periods of low water pressure and when flows exceed its capacity. TVMWD will benefit including its member agencies that purchase water from TVWMD.
