Document Description
The proposed project would improve the functionally and energy efficiency of the existing DMV Concord Field Office, which was constructed in 1981. The scope of work includes all lobar, material, and services necessary for the replacement and renovation of the existing Heating Ventilation Air Condition (HVAC) system, and the replacement of the suspended ceiling and lighting system.
