Document Description
The project is limited to annual installation and removal of a screened 5 horsepower pump in Wash Creek and diversion of up to 35 gallons per minute (gpm) water for purposes of pastureland irrigation and domestic water use. Hand tools shall be used to install the pump. The pump shall be installed and removed between March 15 and November 15 fot the duration of the Agreement. Water diversion shall take place between March 15 and November for the duration of the Agreement. There will be no impacts to woody vegetation as part of the project. There shall be no use of heavy equipment in the stream zone as part of the project.
