Document Description
The project shall include removing a vented ford from the channel of Clipper Creek and installing a low water crossing at same location. The current vented ford constructed with two 24" corrugated metal pipes does not provide sufficient capacity for high flows. Water shall be temporarily impounded above the crossing and diverted around the construction site with a 4-6" hose to a location below the crossing. Equipment shall access site from existing road. About 15 yards of 4-6" angular roack currently keying in the culverts and providing the running surface shall be removed form the crossing and set aside above the bank and channel of Clipper Creek.
