Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of the existing 12-inch concrete culvert with two 24-inch plastic culverts, approximately 14-feet long, incased in concrete head walls, as well as, the installation of underground utilities beneath the culverts. This will require the removal of one incense cedar tree with a trunk diameter at breast height (DNH) of 4 1/2-inches and one Chinese pistachio tree with a DBH of 8-inches.
