Document Description
This project proposes to rehabilitate approximately 21,965 linear feet (4.16 miles) of existing 8-inch sewer pipeline primarily within the paved right of way that includes rehabilitating 23 manhole (MHs), installing 24 new cleanouts and replacing 8 MHs, rehab or modified sewer laterals, as well as 15 pipeline point repairs. Some improvements would occur in ornamental landscape areas. No disturbance to native vegetation is proposed. Excavation of the area would occur primarily over existing pipeline treanches, and previously disturbed soil. In all instances, the project combined with the related scope has been identified to occur in areas classified as 'non-sensitive.'
