Document Description
On February 2, 2012, the Planning Commission approved an Old Town Type III design Review for the reconstruciton of the Shell Service Station at Elk Grove Boulevard and Elk Grove Florin Road. Approval of the project was conditioned on a limitation of the design of the fuel pump canopies. The applicant filed a request to amend this condition of approval and the amendment was considered and denied by the Planning Commission at their September 6, 2012 hearing. The Applicant has filed an appeal of this action to the City Council.
