Document Description
UCR proposes a facilities construction project for the BDCDRC composed of five separate but related projects: 1) demolition of a deteriorated, structurally unsound storage/utility building, 2) placement of a soil berm (approximately 3,000 cubic yards) on the south side of the existing Mayhew dormitory building: 3) construction of a new 2,300 gross square foot (gsf) education facility; ) placement of two new modular housing units (891 gsf total), restroom facility (<_100 gsf), and a shade structure (960 gsf), to accommodate 24 students, proximate to the existing campground area; and 5) re-paving of the existing access road.
