Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of an existing stream flow monitoring device with two Azonde water level transmitters (for redundancy) located within a 3-inch diameter PVC stilling well. The stilling well will be installed approximately 3-4 feet below the bank of the creek in order for the well to be at a sufficient depth to gauge underflow. The well will be placed by hand in the upper gravel bar of Salmon Creek in a location above the wetted channel and protected from high flows by tree roots.
