Document Description
This project addresses impacts to DFG jurisdictional areas associated with the construction of a dam within Tucalota Creek at 37505 East Benton Road. Construction of the dam resulted in disturbance to the beds, banks, and associated riparian vegetation of the Tucalota Creek. Unwuthorized impacts to DFG jurisdictional areas due to the dam construction total approximately 0.706 acres. This project authorizes a total of 0.706 acres of habitat impacts for the removal of the existing dam, the removal of excess sediments from the dam, recontouring of the streambed to their pre-impact conditions, revegetation, and restoration of the project site.
