Document Description
DFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, San Diego Gas & Electric. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to conduct the eTS#21039- Gas Line 3010 Retrofit - Marian Bear Park project. Project activities include excavation of an area 32 feet wide by up to 190 feet long to locate, remove, and replace a siphon drip within the existing 30-inch pipe, installation of dewatering wells on either side of the proposed excavation, temporary storage of spoil from trenching, diversion of water in the stream around the project site.
