Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a portable ADA accessible path to the river each year to provide access for the fishing season. The work involves laying down and securing a portable nylon mesh mat with large rebar anchor across the accumulated river gravels down to the water's edge. The mat is approximately 8 feet wide by 50 feet long. The Permittee will install two, 8-foot-wide, 50-foot-long mats, oriented end-to-end, to create a 100-foot-long mat. During years of heavy gravel deposition, some grading of the beach gravels will occur to level the area for installing the mat and to meet a 5% accessible path slope.
