The project involves one encroachment: remove accumulated sediment from the north barrel of the double-barrel box culvert at the Highway 1 crossing of Abalobadiah Creek at Post Mile 71.29. Work will include de-watering the north culvert, relocating fish and other aquatic vertebrates, removing accumulated sediment and re-watering the culvert.
