Document Description
The project involves one encroachment activity which consists of a utility boring under a stream for placement of one 12-inch utility conduit and one 4-inch utility conduit to be used for fiber optic cables. The bore will be made with a boring machine which will enter and exit at an angle. No launching or receiving pits will be required and no riparian habitat will be removed or disturbed. No other equipment use or excavation is required within the bed, bank or channel of the stream.
