Document Description
The Santa Barbara campus proposes to improve the existing pedestrian and bicycle path access from Segovia Road in Isla Vista to an existing bicycle path on the western boundary of campus. An existing concrete stairway will be demolished and a dirt berm will be graded/excavated to a 4 to 1 slope. Modification includes removal of approximately 10 feet of retaining walls no longer necessary after the path is widened and graded. An additional approximately 20 feet of length will be lowered to match the finished grade of the 4 to 1 slope. Three mature eucalyptus trees will be removed.
