Document Description
The project is limited to maintenance dredging of the entrance channel to the Ski Run marina Turbidity curtains will be to contain disturbed sediments. A clamshell excavator is planned for use in the dredging process. Excavated sand will be dewatered over the marina are and wet excavated solids will be placed in plastic sealed dump trucks and hauled to an approved off site disposal facility for use in creating asphalt. Once the project is completed and water conditions have returned to pre-dredging levels the turbidity curtain will be removed.
