Within the freshwater marsh, 21 cubic yards of soil will be excavated over an approximately 392-square-foot area using a mini-excavator to expose the approximately 14-foot long section of the gas pipeline for inspection. No work will be conducted in the normal flowing channel and work will occur when the tributary is dry. Additional construction equipment will be staged within an approximately 0.15-acre area of ruderal vegetation of top of the hill.
