Document Description
The project shall replace two deteriorated wood electric utility poles adjacent to Pinole Creek. Both poles are located outside of the top of bank. An approximately 24-inch-wide, 6.5-foot-deep hole will be excavated adjacent to each existing pole using a truck-mounted auger. The existing poles will be removed and all excavated soils will be used to backfill the holes. Each location will be accessed from Bear Creek Road. No trees will be removed and no construction will occur within the bed, bank, or channel of Pinole Creek. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0266-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
