Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of unauthorized fill placed within the floodplain of Stillwater Creek. This includes the removal of garbage and large woody debris to be disposed of according to State and local laws and ordinances. The remaining clean soil shall be moved out of the Lake and Streambed Alteration Program's jurisdiction to an area where appropriate erosion control will be placed so the soil does not wash into Stillwater Creek during wet weather events.
