Document Description
SAA # 1600-2012-0059-R6 The West Valley Detention Center Project includes the repair and stabilization of exposed portions of an existing main water line and sewer line, stabilizing adjacent stream bank erosion, and restoration of prior impacts to riparian habitat within Day Creek Channel. Repair and stabilization activities will include: removing eroded concrete riprap over the water and sewer line; installing lower elevation concrete aprons over the water and sewer lines; shifting a portion of the east stream bank approximately 12.5 feet; contouring the stream bank slopes adjacent to the exposed utilities; and placing non-grouted light weight rock on the banks.
