Document Description
Install two new heating/cooling units in Eblers Leather Shop in Columbia State Historic Park to improve the interior store environment for park visitors. Work will construct one new 36"x18" concrete pad outside behind the store; install two condenser units, one on an existing concrete slab, and the second on the new pad, drill two new 2 1/8" holes through the existing masonry walls to plumb the refrigerant and electrical supply. Additional work will install wooden covers to conceal the condenser units.
