There are two components to the project, one component is on the left bank, and the second component is on the right bank. There is no access for machinery for the project, so all labor will be done by hand with hand tools. The labor force will consists of SPAWN and volunteers with some supervision of Streamline Engineering.
The left bank component will consist of addressing an eroding/drainage section of the bank.
The right bank component will address the eroding bank.
This project is small (less than 5 acres) and has the goal of enhancing habitat for steelhead and coho salmon.
There will be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065.
