Document Description
The project will provide ADA improvements and renovations to the existing Historic Hellman Quon Building at el Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument. The project would improve ADA accessibility within the building including additionof a restroom and kitchenette, interior modifications and additional utility infrastructure. Existing finishes affected by the work shall be restored. Measures to avoid and/or minimize impaces shall be implemented into the project.
