The California Department of Public Health (Department). as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Armona Community Services District proposed proiect included the addition of modifications to their existing treatment plant. This treatment plant assists in removing arsenic from the exisitng water supply so it may be compliant with the state's MCL for arsenic.
