A use permit to allow an agricultural trucking business on a 2.81-acre portion of an existing 8.14-acre parcel. The proposed business will consist of nine trucks and seven employees. The applicant indicates the trucks will mainly be used for long-haul trucking from Central CA to the Mid-West and Eastern states and the trucks will only be parked on the property during the weekends. The parcel contains an existing residence that will also be used as an office for the agricultural trucking business and an existing storage building, shop, and barn which are not proposed to be used as part of the business. No maintenance or repair of trucks is proposed to occur. The remainder of the property is used for agricultural purposes as a prune orchard.
