A CUP for a portable asphalt batch plant at an existing gravel processing site (approved March 20, 1998; CUP-36-96/SMP-04-96/RP-04-96) located off Highway 299 approximately one-quarter of a mile east of the second Glendale Exit. Development at the site includes an existing shop, silos, sales office, gravel stockpiles, mining equipment (such as front end loaders) and a concrete batch plant.
