Document Description
A CUP and Coastal Development Permit for an asphalt batch plant at an existing gravel processing site (approved July 24, 1997; SMR-07-91/CUP-59-912) located off Highway 101 approximately 0.2 miles west of the Alton/Highway interchange on Fowler Lane. Development at the site includes an existing shop, silos, sales office, gravel stockpiles, mining equipment (such as front end loaders) and a concrete batch plant. The CDP is also required to allow for a modular office building installed on the site without permits.
